| Trip Description | This is the first of two March trips planned along the Palouse to Cascades Trail (this section was formerly known as the John Wayne Pioneer Trail). Surface conditions can range from gravel to basalt rock. This trip is low elevation, but over 9 miles in length so sturdy hiking boots are needed. Perhaps a snack in Malden when we’re done? |
