Trip Description | Early fall is a great time to enjoy this area of Hwy. 12 which is known for mass quantities of mosquitos during the warmer months.
The start/endpoint point for this loop hike will be the Dog Lake Campground. We will visit or pass by Dog Lake, Deer Lake, Sand Lake, Beusch Lake, Cramer Lake, and Dumbbell Lake (yes, I know this is six lakes but I’m not the one who named the hike)! The hike elevation gain is low, but the mileage is high so please be prepared for a long day. |
