Burn off the Thanksgiving calories on this local hike in the Horse Heaven Hills Recreation Area. The hike stats are a little misleading because we start by hiking McBee! After we reach the top of McBee, there’s almost zero elevation gain during the remainder of the hike. We’ll hike to the end of the gravel road which overlooks Webber Canyon, turn around, and then return to the trailhead via an old wagon trail/road. Plan to hike on uneven ground for 7.5 to 8.5 miles with an elevation gain of 1,200 ft. Sections of this hike are very steep.
