I-MAC is partnering with Longleaf Wilderness Medicine to offer a two-day in-person Wilderness First Aid Class lead by certified Longleaf instructors.\nThis hands-on training goes beyond standard first aid to equip you with the skills and confidence to handle medical emergencies in remote settings. Through engaging lectures, practical skills labs, and real-world scenarios, you’ll learn how to treat injuries, manage illnesses, and improvise solutions with what you have on hand.\nTopics Include:\n\nPatient Assessment\nMusculoskeletal Injuries and Splinting\nAnaphylaxis and Epinephrine Administration\nWound Care and Management\n\nA 16-hour course certificate will be provided to participants after completion. ​No experience is required.
