And perhaps a beverage. A wrapped present with I-MAC theme to exchange.\nThis year the annual Christmas Potluck and Gift Exchange will be held at Judith and Bruce’s on Wednesday December 18, 2024. Dining will be a tasty pot luck (as we all know I-MACs do best!) that will commence at 6 PM. Bruce and Judith will share some wine, and you are welcome to bring a favorite beverage to share too. Please keep the beverages downstairs! Please bring a favorite dish – dinner, dessert or both – for the potluck. We’ll supply the dishes and utensils so no need to bring your own, except a utensil for your shared dish if it needs it for serving\nThe traditional I-MAC gift exchange will commence at 7 PM. Here is how the gift exchange works:\n\nWe’ll have cards and everyone picks one. The suit order is low clubs, diamonds, hearts, spades high starting with Ace (1) to King (13).\nThe person with ace of clubs goes to the “Christmas tree” and selects a gift. You are not allowed to feel or shake any of the presents; the one you touch is yours to open.\nEveryone afterwards must either select from under the “tree” or take someone else’s gift.\n\nDessert along with hot tea will be served downstairs after the gift exchange has ended ~ 8 PM. If you have a favorite holiday dessert, please bring it to share also! Feel free to participate in as many of the activities (dining, exchanging, desserting) as fit your schedule. Of course, times are approximate.\nJudith and Bruce live at 2608 Harris Ave. in Richland. Head north on George Washington Way. Turn right at Spring St (a block north of the 7-11). Turn left on Harris Ave. Our house is on the right with a green metal roof, and most probably with a lighted “Christmas Tree” in the front yard.\nThis is a great opportunity to reconnect with friends to plan trips for 2024 with the added bonus of being able to share your “most favorite” Christmas gift of 2023 – if you still have it.
